Article 2 – Order

To place an order, only one privileged channel of distribution is at your disposal: kynarou.fr/en/

We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale. By confirming your order, you accept the entirety of these general conditions of sale made available to you on the site, and acknowledge having a perfect knowledge of them, thereby waiving any contradictory document, including your own terms and conditions of purchase, the act of purchase entailing acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. This confirmation as well as all the data that we will have recorded will constitute the proof of our transactions.

Article 3 – Availability

Please note that we will respond to your order within the limits of our available stocks or subject to the stocks available from our suppliers. If, despite our vigilance, products are unavailable after your order, you will be informed by e-mail.

Article 4 – Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes, excluding participation in processing and shipping. The products remain the sole property of Kynarou until full payment of their price. Shipments outside of France are possible but subject to additional shipping costs that will be communicated by mail after your purchase or on request to the association. In case of an order to another country than France, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be due. They will be at your charge and are your entire responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and / or competent bodies in your country. We advise you to check with your local authorities.

Article 5 – Payment

The amount of the order is due immediately on the date of the order. You can pay by credit card. Online payment Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. The secure online payment by credit card is completely safe wth Stripe or PayPal: it uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The information transmitted is encrypted by a software and cannot be read during the transport on the network.

Article 6 – Delivery

Upon receipt of your order, we send your package within 15 days, delivery is made to the address you have indicated when ordering. Delivery times are only indicative unless, exceptionally, we are committed to respecting a specific date of delivery. If you choose to pay by check, the order will be processed upon receipt of the check.

Article 7 – Satisfied or refunded

Withdrawal period

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, we have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal within the defined period, only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded, the return costs remaining at your charge.

Conformity of the products

If despite the care taken to send your package, you notice a delivery error or the presence of a defective item, you can return it to us within 14 days. We commit ourselves to reimburse you or to exchange you the apparently defective, damaged or damaged products or not corresponding to your order. In this case, we thank you to state in detail in writing and send us the product or products. Kynarou will proceed, at your choice, to the exchange or refund of the products. The shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and the return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of receipts.

Returns

The products must be returned to the address that will be communicated to you by email when you request a refund. 4. Refunds: The refunds of the products will be carried out by bank transfer on simple request accompanied by a Statement of Banking Identity.

Article 8 – Reservation of ownership

The delivered products will remain our property until you have fulfilled all your obligations towards us and in particular until the full payment of the price.

Article 9 – Guarantee and responsibility

The products offered are in accordance with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of Kynarou can not be held liable for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the product is delivered.

It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order.

We commit ourselves to bring all the care in use in the profession for the good implementation of the service which is offered to the customer. Nevertheless, our responsibility will not be retained in case of failure to our contractual obligations due to a case of force majeure, and without limitation, disasters, strikes, fires, floods, failure or breakdown of equipment, means of transport, communication.

Article 10 – Application of rights and competent jurisdiction

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. All disputes relating to the relationship between You and Us are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
